To generate awareness for the Bedford-Stuyvesant Volunteer Ambulance Corps (BSVAC)
When I see an incompetant organization profiting off of an organization of virtue only to make a profit; I have to then go for the under dog.
The Bedford-Stuyvesant Volunteer Ambulance Corps, for example and like other organizations that grow out of both initiative and virtue, appears to be getting the run around by a quasi "behind the curve" ineffective consulting organization that at the surface would seem to do more good than harm.
Unfortunately, there really is no documentation supporting the consulting firm's claim of any measureable results or successes in their near three decade existance. And for that I have to call shenanigans!
Further more, any information found on the web (2007) pertaining to rocky robinson, or bsvac is my selfless doing.
With that noted and going forward a dear friend and selfless peer worked with me to develop what we would have liked to have seen carried out for the betterment, success and longevity of the Bedford-Stuyvesant Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
Further more, had our selfless, intrinsic, generous efforts and documented skillsets been taken more seriously bsvac would not be forced to NOW operate within the confines of Mr. Robinson's limited Pension.
Awareness Campaign Strategy
As of February 24, 2007, the Bedford-Stuyvesant Volunteer Ambulance Corps (BSVAC) has maintained a considerable profile in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn, and recurring press in the New York regional media. However, this media coverage has not translated into a sustainable stream of funds for the organization. Detailed in this document is a strategy to develop an infrastructure to create public and media awareness of the organization, in order to gain access to funds and support.
BSVAC Website
For the Awareness Campaign to be successful, an immediate release of a high-quality web product must be delivered in a short time period. Utilizing the internet as a viable media channel can be complicated, due to the nuanced nature of design, site usability, and image positioning. However, through research and first-hand knowledge of BSVAC a website that is appropriate for the organization will be released in a three to four week period.
